Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what personal information The Redhill Group, LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use X1 Algo, X1 Scanner, the X1 chart and this website, what we do with it and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you use the chart without an account
Nothing that identifies you. Your drawings, layouts and settings are kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. Like any website, our servers see your IP address and browser details with each request (see Technical information below).
Your account
- Your email address and name.
- How you sign in: a password (stored only as a one-way hash), passkeys (we keep the public key only), and, if you turn on two-factor sign-in, its secret and backup codes. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address and account ID from them.
- Your sessions: when and how you signed in, and the IP address and browser of each session, so you can see and end them from your account page.
Your subscriptions and payments
Which subscriptions you have, their plans and renewal dates, and a record of each payment and refund. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processors (Commas and Authorize.net), not by us; we receive only the card's brand, its last four digits and the processor's reference numbers.
What you save and set up
Chart layouts, drawings, indicator settings, alerts and their history, coins you track in X1 Scanner, your X1 Matrix pairs, and, if you allow notifications, the push subscription your browser or phone gives us.
Discord
If you connect Discord to give your account the members' role, we receive your Discord user ID and username, and keep whether we've added you to our server and given you the role.
Technical information
Our hosting providers log requests to our servers (IP address, browser, pages and the time) for security, rate limiting and fixing problems. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and secure, not for advertising or tracking you across other sites, and we don't use third-party analytics.
Messages you send us
When you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Live prices from exchanges
To show live prices, your browser connects directly to the crypto exchange whose market you're viewing (for example Coinbase or Kraken). That exchange receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. We don't send it anything about you.
How we use it
- To run the Services: your account, saved charts, alerts, scanner and subscriptions.
- To send emails you need: sign-in links and codes, alerts you set up, receipts, renewal and payment notices. We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
- To give subscribers access to the members' Discord and live classes.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent fraud, abuse and spam sign-ups.
- To answer your questions, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us, under contracts that limit its use to providing their service:
- Vercel (website and app hosting) and Render (our background servers)
- Neon (database)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Commas and Authorize.net (payment processing)
- Google and Discord (only if you sign in with or connect them)
- Browser and phone makers' push services (to deliver notifications you allow)
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a successor if our business is sold or merged. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where it's stored
Our servers are in the United States and the European Union (Germany). By using the Services you understand that your information is processed in those places.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and what you've saved, except payment and refund records, which we keep as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a short time by our hosting providers.
Your choices and rights
- You can manage your sign-in methods and sessions, and cancel subscriptions, on your account page.
- You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing support@x1algo.com from the address on your account. We'll answer within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or Texas), you may have further rights under state privacy law, including to appeal a decision we make about a request. We won't treat you differently for using them.
- You can turn off notifications in your browser or phone settings, and delete alerts at any time.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, optional two-factor sign-in and passkeys, and limit who can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee it, but we'll tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your information.
Children
The Services are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
